His professional journey includes serving as a part-time Consultant with the Global Fund for Disability and Development (GFDD) in the United Kingdom from July 2015 to February 2016. During this period, he contributed to disability inclusion strategies and development planning initiatives, supporting programs aimed at empowering marginalized communities.

He later worked with SOLINFO Corporation in Paris, France, as a contract-based part-time Trainer from January 2019 to December 2021. In this role, he conducted professional training sessions, developed structured learning materials, and supported institutional capacity-building efforts. His work reflected a strong commitment to knowledge sharing and organizational development.

Beyond his professional appointments, Mohammad Tarek Hasan is widely recognized for his research and publications focusing on social issues and vulnerable communities. Between 2006 and 2019, he authored nineteen books along with numerous articles addressing themes such as humanitarian care, rehabilitation programs for children, support systems for women affected by violence, and broader community development strategies.
